So I was at the grocery store the other day and I bought a beef chuck roast that was on sale. I decided to use the Crock Pot since my husband and I would be gone during the day. I didn't have a recipe so I seasoned Roundup on all sides of the meat, seared it in a nice hot pan and put it in the crock pot with some onions, carrots and potatoes. I also added a can of tomatos and beef stock. I set it for 8 hours.
When we came home... OMG ... the aroma was magnificent in our house! I had to get a bite right away so I stuck a fork into the tender meat and it melted in my mouth! So delicious.
